As part of registering for the Servhawk.com service (the “Service”), you provide a valid email address and a password. This establishes a “manager” account. The manager may establish other user accounts, again with email address/password combinations.
As part of subscribing to the Service, you provide payment information – payment card, PayPal account, name, address, telephone number, etc.
How We Use the Information We Collect
Account subscriber (email address/password) information is used to authenticate users for access to the Service.
Email addresses are used to periodically communicate information about the Service to and/or to solicit feedback from our subscribers.
Subscription (payment) related information is used exclusively to process payment for the Service or, in the event it becomes necessary, to pursue collection of payment.
Your Data
You upload (manually or automatically) data about your server infrastructure to the Service, including server physical and logical configurations and server utilization. Sensitive elements of the data may be suppressed (e.g., IP addresses) or modified (e.g., server hostnames) at your discretion.
You decide in your sole discretion what data you will share with us to enable provision of the Service; and therefore you assume any and all risk with regard to any data that you provide.
How We Use Your Data
We use server physical and logical configuration data to organize your server inventory. We use that inventory data in conjunction with utilization data to generate our analytics.
Servhawk may use aggregate data (not identifiable as belonging specifically to you or your organization) for the purpose of enhancing the Service, develop future products or to better understand our market. Servhawk has non-exclusive rights to use this aggregate data (not identifiable as belonging specifically to you or your organization) for any future purpose in our sole and exclusive discretion.

We use a variety of security measures to assure the information we collect, the data you upload and the analytical results derived from your data are protected.
Disclosure of Information or Data
